Returns and refound

If for some reason a customer is not satisfied with his order he may exercise his right of withdrawal (change of size, change of item or refund) within 10 working days of date of receipt of the parcel.

Refunds shall be made within 10 days of receipt of the return using the same means of payment when he made the purchase.

The Customer, to ask for authorization for the return, must select the item “My Returns” in his own account menu.  Click on “Request New Return” and it is possible to select the order number, the item to return and the desired compensation:  change of size, change of item or refund.

Parcel return shipping costs shall not be refunded and are to be paid by the customer.

 

NO RETURNS SHALL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND OUR RELEVANT AUTHORIZATION TO THE RETURN.

All shoes and accessories must be returned properly packaged in their original packaging, unbroken, undamaged, clean and provided with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation;


It is essential to attach a hardcopy of the RMA form to permit us to identify the customer.


- without evident signs of use, except those compatible with performing a normal test of the item (they must not show traces of prolonged use or use exceeding the time necessary for a  test and must not be in such a state that resale is not allowed) and provided with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation; 

The shoe outsoles must be in perfect condition and show no markings of any kind.

All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product and should not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.


Olip Italia reserves the right to reject the return when the returned product does not comply with the requirements in the previous paragraph.

It is required to follow the same instructions as specified above in the event that the Customer receives defective goods or that OLIP ITALIA spa makes shipping errors.  OLIP ITALIA spa reserves the right to ask for photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods.

In these cases OLIP ITALIA shall bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its own premises.  Shipment must be done using a courier selected by OLIP ITALIA.

 

• OLIP ITALIA spa reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns.  Acceptance of such returns shall be subject to a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods

• OLIP ITALIA spa shall not accept returned goods when the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions specified in the return policy.  In these cases goods shall be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
