Condition of sale
All purchases from our website are governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree No.185 dated May 22nd, 1999 related to distance contracts.
What is meant by a distance contract
An on-line sale contract is a distance contract meaning that the legal transaction having as its subject the purchase of products, stipulated between a consumer and OLIP ITALIA spa with registered office in V. CONFINE 13 - 37017 - LAZISE (VR), is done at a distance through the telecommunications network on its own website.
All prices in the on-line OLIP ITALIA spa catalogue are understood to be VAT INCLUDED.
Payment of the price and the related shipping costs, which are borne by the consumer, may only be made by the consumer using the procedures specified under “Payments”. Prices can be changed at any time without prior notice.
All items ordered must be paid in advance using one of the payment methods specified under "Payments".
Issue of the evidence of purchase
OLIP ITALIA spa undertakes to issue an invoice confirming purchase by the Consumer that shall be sent inside the parcel containing the object purchased.
Should the product have manufacturing defects (such as, for example, stains, broken buttons or zips, bad stitching, etc.) OLIP ITALIA spa is obliged to apply the same conditions as envisaged by the law on right of withdrawal. Manufacturing defects do not encompass all those products that have details (unravelling, tears, uneven washes, etc... ) which are part of the product and are its characteristic. OLIP ITALIA spa does not have any liability whenever a product arrives at the Customer with damage caused by shipment since the packaging done by OLIP ITALIA spa complies with the provisions required by the express courier.
OLIP ITALIA spa reserves the right to accept or reject orders that are placed and in any case while goods last. Items on sale may be temporarily unavailable. In this case Customers shall be notified by email within a maximum of seven days of receipt of the purchase order. Should the item ordered be no longer available we are entitled to cancel the request received and repay any amounts paid.
Shipment and withdrawal
Ordered goods shall be shipped using standard shipping methods.
Goods travel at the buyer’s risk and consequently Customers are warned that any claim for damaged goods must be notified forthwith upon receipt of the goods, signing the receipt with reservation and specifying the type of damage.
The Customer is protected by Italian Law on the Right of Withdrawal (Decree Law 206/2005).
If for any reason whatsoever the customer is not satisfied with his order he can exercise the right of withdrawal (refund, replacement of the item) within 10 working days of the date of receipt of the parcel.

Replacement of items due to shipping error
The procedure for replacement of products due to shipping error can be activated when OLIP ITALIA spa has mistakenly shipped a product other than the product that the customer ordered.
The procedure can be activated within 5 calendar days of the date of delivery of the goods by sending an email with as its subject "mistaken shipment" + the order number to our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
We recommend, before you activate this service, that you compare what you received with the technical description of the item on our website where it is possible to display a detailed photo of each item and its main technical characteristics.
OLIP ITALIA spa reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns due to shipment of the mistaken item.
Shipping costs are borne by OLIP ITALIA spa and shipment must be done by courier chosen by OLIP ITALIA.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was delivered.
If the item stated in your purchase invoice is no longer available you shall be refunded. These refunds shall be made using the same means of payment used by the customer when he made the purchase.
